Café Momento is a slow espresso bar that asks our customers–Quédate un momento?
Inspired by our Co-founder Jazmin’s Mexican-American roots, everything from the roaster we chose to the cafe’s name, is a nod to how we operate our cafe: with careful intention. Here, we tell the stories of small-batch craft roasters who source their beans with the highest standards of sustainability, ethical production, and inspired values.
Although our café menu is small, we select beverages for our retail fridge that offer options for everyone's mood. Here we offer libations for everyone outside of our bar menu, which we also intentionally curate. These are brands and flavor profiles we recommend wholeheartedly.
When sampling drinks to kick off our retail fridge we wanted to include something that would stimulate the creative mind, especially in our shop where art, culture, and coffee intersect. Psychedelic Water was a no-brainer to include in our line-up, we not only enjoyed the flavor profiles created but also the mood-boosting effects we experienced shortly after. Psychedelic Water has quickly become a crowd favorite in our community.
