Southside Cocktail

Our take on this delicious botanical drink. The classic Southside was rumoured to be created for Al Capone and his gang in southern Chicago. The citrus juice and sugars were used to mask the harsh gin that they were smuggling in. In our version we replace the gin with alcohol-free Psychedelic Water of course.
